Hi, I'm ELLE
Academic Foundation
With dual bachelor's degrees in International Studies (Asia Region) and Theological and Religious Studies from Fordham University, I've spent years studying how people find meaning, connection, and transformation across cultures and traditions. As a Dean's List student throughout my college career, I recently published my thesis, "Authentic Malleability: Zen Buddhism and the Justification of Japanese Cultural Superiority During World War II"—proof of my ability to explore complex spiritual themes with nuance and care.
Living the Work
My fascination with religion and spirituality is both academic and incredibly personal. From studying the world's major religions to visiting countless spiritual centers throughout New York City, I've spent years immersing myself in how people find meaning, connection, and transformation. I recently welcomed 2026 at Meiji-jingu in Tokyo, experiencing the Saitan-sai New Year's blessing, just one example of my ongoing quest to understand how the sacred shows up across cultures.
Lived Experience Matters
I bring lived experience and deep commitment to all stories, particularly those exploring the intersection of spirituality, identity, and transformation. I understand firsthand the courage it takes to tell your truth, and I'm passionate about amplifying voices in the spiritual and metaphysical space.
My MISSION
Beginning my professional editing and writing journey after years in the publishing industry, my mission is simple: to help authors and creators express their unique voice and vision with authenticity and power. I believe every spiritual story deserves to be told on its own terms, and I'm here to ensure your words resonate exactly the way you intend.

BEYOND the Work
You'll find me playing guitar in a social justice-focused band, diving into films and books, or writing essays about religious themes from blockbuster movies to video game franchises. Based in New York City, I continue seeking out sacred spaces and spiritual experiences wherever I can find them.
